Duplicate Documents

Whether they have been misfiled or you need another copy for the bank, Quick Formations can provide you with duplicate copies of all your essential documents.

Duplicate copies of Incorporation Documents

If your company was originally formed through Quick Formations, you will receive a bound copy(ies) of the Memorandum & Articles of Association, and a report detailing the information that was electronically sent to Companies House to incorporate the company.
If your company was not formed through Quick Formations, we will obtain whatever information and documents are available from Companies House for you and provide you with duplicates. Where possible additional copies will also be sent by email.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to enter the company you would like the documents for in the Additional Notes box on the Check Out when you purchase this product.

Hardcopy certificate of Incorporation
If your company was incorporated through Quick Formations, we will be able to send you an exact copy of your original certificate of incorporation. In order to protect this hardcopy certificate for the future, we can also laminate it for you.
