This service is for accountants and other professional advisors who wish to use our service to incorporate companies on behalf of their clients.

We employ in house staff qualified through ILEX and ICSA to ensure the advice and service you receive from us is technically correct, and utilise industry leading technology to facilitate a speedy delivery of that service.

You receive:

  • All Companies House documents in PDF format
  • A hard copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
  • Looseleaf company registered (Stat. Books) completed with the company records
  • A copy of the statutory records and share certificates for the company in PDF format
  • 3 bound copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • First board meeting minutes
  • Completed share certificates for each shareholder
