QFL Corporate Services is the trading name of Quick Formations Limited, the flagship of The Quick Group of Companies. Formed in September 2002, we rapidly establishing ourselves as one of the most predominant Limited company formation agents in the UK and are recognised by Companies House as a key account holder and one of their largest clients.

 

Originally setup as an online company formation agent we turned the company formation industry on its head by introducing new technology to what was an antiquated industry.

 

We are now one of the UK's leading online company registration services, having achieved many business awards for our innovative use of technology, exceptional customer care, and entrepreneurial approach to business

 

In 2004 we expanded into the professional services industry, providing specialist consultancy services primarily to Accountants and Solicitors. This was expanded upon by the launch of our QFL Statutory Compliance Service, where we undertake all the statutory filings and compliance issues involved in running an incorporated business. This is a much more cost effective solution to Solicitors and Accountants then carrying out this work in house.

 

In 2007 we rebranded from Quick Formations to QFL Corporate Services. This move reinforces our strength in the professional services sector that our 'Quick' name may have diluted.

 

We now work with some of the largest names in the accountancy and legal services sector, and maintain these relationships by focusing on our core services and exceptional customer care. We monitor the level of service we provide by commissioning and independent customer satisfaction service each year, and use the findings of each survey to further improve our service to our customers.
